Williams Hall Chadwick now offer a comprehensive suite of corporate services including;
The expansion of services has been made possible in two ways through the appointment of a senior corporate services manager, Maggie Lawson and through the national Hall Chadwick Association.
Maggie Lawson joins the Williams Hall Chadwick team with a chartered accounting, commercial and consulting background. Maggie and a number of partners ran a successful corporate services consulting practice in the United Kingdom for some time and she has recently made the excellent decision to re-locate to Australia which is to our benefit. Maggie joins the existing team of Director Andrew Perkins, Manager Michael Wythes and Analyst Craig Turner in Brisbane. The skill base of the team is now well balanced between strong analytical and economic capability with corporate accounting experience.
The other aspect to the corporate services capability is the access to professionals working in this area in the Hall Chadwick Association in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
A feature of the Williams Hall Chadwick Corporate Services offering is a partnering approach to creating shareholder value.
This is a structured approach to creating value that combines financial modelling with business strategy to develop and implement a plan that will enhance shareholder value.

This approach is not an ‘advise and forget’ approach. This is a facilitate, support and implement approach. Our aim is to grow a portfolio of client businesses for the benefit of the shareholders of those businesses.
