Did you know the latest version of MYOB has made changes to the recording of holiday pay for salary employees? It is now the same as hourly employees. They have a clear arrow for the number of hours and this has to be filled in otherwise the entitlements do not adjust.
QuickBooks
Did you know that QuickBooks can import information such as customer/supplier addresses from Excel. This is a great tool if you have all your addresses in a database or excel format. This software can take hundreds of branch addresses for the same customer.
Remember that an important part of doing your accounts and having them ready for your Accountant is to have an easy and effective filing system. Most people waste too much time by continuously going over the same processes again and again when it would only take a few hours to implement a simple and effective system.
